All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Products purchased may be exchanged for a like item only within 30 days of purchase of the item.

- Reasons for an exchange:
- The product has a manufacturing defect - in which case we will accept the garment and replace with a non-defective item of equal value.
- The wrong item was shipped (item received does not match invoice/on-line order) - in which we will accept the return and replace with the correct item.
- Any exchange must include the original receipt or packing list.
- Exchanges received without the original receipt (packing list) contained in your package will not be processed.
- Original shipping and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for shipping the item back to Rodeo Ho for exchange.
- Items contained in your exchange package must be on your packing list(s). Any item not listed on your packing list(s) that was not originally purchased from will not be eligible for a replacement.
- We recommend that you return your items via an insured and traceable carrier service such as UPS or Fedex. Rodeo Ho is not responsible for lost packages in transit. You must pay the shipping cost of returning the product.
- Your exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by Rodeo Ho.
